HOW TO ORDER
1) First, feel free to just start clicking on links and images
that you see, and remember that at this point you are simply
shopping, not buying or ordering. You CANNOT order anything
by accident.
2) If you have an area of interest, look at the navigation buttons
on your left. Select an area of interest by clicking on one
of the buttons.
3) Follow the narrowing process until you find the product you
are looking for, or feel free to search directly for the product
by name or part number.
4) Next is the selected item page. In some instances you have
a choice of style, or color options depending on the product.
This page is where you can add an item to your shopping cart
by clicking on the Order button. Your shopping cart will
be shown any time that you click on the Order button. When
you click on the Order button, you have not purchased the
product. You have simply put it in your shopping cart. If
you do click on the Order button here you can still shop around
the site and your shopping cart will hold on to this item. By
clicking on the Order button here you are still not obligated
to purchase, and you can return to shopping until you're ready
to CHECK OUT, and then decide what you would like to purchase,
if anything.
6) When you have added the last item to your shopping cart you
can then click on the Check Out button to proceed with your
purchase. You now see a screen showing the item or items you
have chosen and a subtotal for the merchandise cost only. From
this screen you may change the quantity or delete the item or
items in your shopping basket.
7) If you have clicked on the Check Out button but then decide
that you want to continue shopping, simply use the Cancel
button at the bottom of the page or the Back button on your
browser to get back into the store. The shopping cart will save
what you have selected.
8) If you have finished shopping and now want to order, click
the Check Out button. This button is shown directly beneath
your shopping cart. You will now be presented with a secure
page that allows you to enter your shipping address. After you
have entered your shipping address, you can click on the Continue
button which will forward you to the completed order form showing
merchandise total, shipping charges, and taxes if shipping within
the State of Texas. You still have the option to cancel your
order. Below the completed order form are payment options i.e.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment by money order or check options are not available online. When ordering by money order or check, place the order as normal until you reach the payment screen. You can then print the screen which will display the order total including any shipping and tax. Then send the order to the address at the top of this page along with the payment and we will process your order.
If paying by money order we will process
your order upon receipt of your money order. If paying by check
we will process your order after your check has cleared through our bank.
9) You can still cancel the order if you wish. After entering
your credit card number, you will need to supply the billing
address for the credit card for security reasons. When you are
ready to actually place the order, simply click on the Place
Order button.
10) That is all there is to it. Nothing will be ordered until
you click the last Place Order button. If you have questions
during the ordering process, click on the Info navigation
button to reach the Info page, then click your browsers Back
button to return to the ordering screen. If you still have questions

SHIPPING
Standard shipping charges will be shown on the order form before
you are asked to supply your method of payment. Our preferred carrier is UPS and we occasionally use USPS.
TRANSIT TIME
Orders are usually shipped the next business day after the order was placed. Orders are shipped from Austin, TX 78717. Use the map above to estimate transit time from the ship date. For example, an order placed on Monday shipping to Phoenix, AZ will ship on Tuesday, then it will take three business days in transit, so it will be delivered on Friday. Holidays and weekends are not counted in the transit time calculation. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday unless that day is a Holiday.
Shipping charges are based on weight and when orders exceed the UPS 150 pound maximum limit, shipping charges must be calculated manually. In these cases, the shipping charge that appears on the order during the checkout process will be $0.00; however, once the actual charges are calculated, Poker Supply will contact you with the actual shipping rate. If there are any questions regarding shipipng charges, please either call or email for details.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not accept international orders at this time.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money
orders and checks. We do not accept cash or ATM Debit Cards.
To pay by credit card simply enter your credit card information
in the Method of Payment section of the order form. Checks
and Money orders should be made payable to Poker Supply and mailed
to the address at the top of this page. Orders paid for by money
order will be shipped upon our receipt of payment. Orders paid
for by check will be shipped upon clearing of the funds in our
bank account.
When ordering by money order or check, place the order as normal until you reach the payment screen. You can then print the screen which will display the order total including any shipping and tax. Then send the order to the address at the top of this page along with the payment and we will process your order.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Most orders will be shipped the next business day after the
order is placed. Any items missing from your order will be marked
out of stock and will not be backordered unless requested.
SECURITY
Our goal is for you to be as comfortable shopping with us as
you are shopping in your local mall. We take seriously the issue
of security. Every time you send us your credit card number
and your billing and shipping information, we use the industry-standard
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information
from being intercepted. Together with the electronic commerce
community, we have taken every measure to ensure that your online
shopping is as safe as ordering from a catalogue or making a
purchase from a retail store
SALES TAX
Poker Supply is required by law to charge Texas residents sales tax on merchandise and shipping. Sales tax of 8.25% will be automatically
added to orders shipped within the state of Texas. All orders
shipped outside of Texas are not taxable.
PRIVACY
Poker Supply works hard to ensure your privacy. We do not sell
your personal information (email, address & phone number) to
other companies. You will find that no personal information
is requested while you surf the site. Once you place an order,
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express require that
we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate
your credit card transaction. Your email address is needed to
confirm and update you regarding your order.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
Poker Supply will gladly accept merchandise that is returned
in new, unused condition in original packaging within 30 days
from the date of purchase. Sorry, but we cannot accept the return
of used merchandise. If a refund is requested we will refund
the purchase price of the merchandise only. Shipping charges
are not refundable. If you have received a product that you
feel is defective, PLEASE CONTACT POKER SUPPLY AT THE ADDRESS/E-MAIL
SHOWN ABOVE FOR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. Certain warranties require
that the product be returned directly to the manufacturer for
replacement or inspection.
